You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission.

Volunteers must complete our application process, which may include background checks and training requirements.

No illegal substances or activities on premises
No weapons of any kind on our property
Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate termination of services, removal from programs, and/or prohibition from future participation in MyELRO activities.

MyELRO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your records.
Donations are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the donation date.
We use secure third-party payment processors. All payment information is encrypted and handled according to PCI DSS standards.
For recurring donations, you may cancel or modify your donation at any time by contacting us or through your donor portal. Changes may take up to one billing cycle to process.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our programs are owned by MyELRO or our licensors.

You and MyELRO agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
