MyELRO provides various services aimed at supporting homeless men, youth, and children in our community, including but not limited to:

  • Volunteer registration and management
  • Program information and resources
  • Community engagement platforms

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet certain eligibility requirements:

General Users

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission.

Program Participants

Eligibility for specific programs may have additional requirements, which will be communicated during the application process.

Volunteers

Volunteers must complete our application process, which may include background checks and training requirements.

Consequences

5. Donations & Payments

We appreciate your generous support. Please review our donation policies:

Tax Deductibility

MyELRO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your records.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the donation date.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors. All payment information is encrypted and handled according to PCI DSS standards.

Recurring Donations

For recurring donations, you may cancel or modify your donation at any time by contacting us or through your donor portal. Changes may take up to one billing cycle to process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our programs are owned by MyELRO or our licensors.

Violation of these Terms of Service, illegal activities, behavior that endangers others, or any action that disrupts our ability to provide services to others.

User Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the services or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Knox County, Tennessee. You and MyELRO agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Notification

If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date.

Continued Use

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
